easy to use website, very user friendly, found what i wanted straight away, no terminology i didn't understand, able to order what i needed, delievered earlier than i expected, working really well, been using every evening now for about 2wks but noticed a difference within few days, hoping to only have to use for another week or so at most.
Service was excellent, received my owl a day after ordering. Decent enough product, as described. However, it is not very effective against London pigeons, but these pigeons don't move even if you should at them or flap your arms. I'm not complaining - I was aware of this possibility from the various bits I picked up on the web.
hi -bought numerous products ,and then had a panic as i did wonder if they may be a scam company --as had been watching watchdog!!.so i phoned them to ask about delivery --left my message with them --in two hours the owner had phoned --told me all i wanted to know ---and it all came as he said it would .great quality at really good prices -and we are really happy .i would buy from them again in a heart beat --and their website is great --very clear what to use where --and im relieved to say ,it all worked.

Hi, I recently used Best Pest Control - it was excellent. First I received a phone call explaining that one item was out of stock - this was quickly ordered and posted on - everything else arrived within a few days.
I ordered two foggers and a can of spray -- both for bedbugs. Delivery was very quick and the products excellent. The foggers left virtually no residual odour and the slight odour was not unpleasant. It might help if BestPest would advise on what combination of products are needed, as I think now that I probably spent money on a can of spray without needing that.

After looking on the internet for a plug in insect repellent i was really confused as to which one to purchase. I came across Best Pest Control and decided to give Bill a call, he was very friendly and knew exactly what i needed. It was really helpful to actually express my fears and have my mind put at rest. My item arrived the next day which i was thrilled about as i only placed my order at 12.30 the previous day. Since the unit has been plugged in i have not seen one eight legged unwanted visitor in my house. Amazing product and excellent service. Thank you very very much. :)

A little late on delivery due to having no batteries, but after a enquery from me got a phone call from Bill to explain the reason why, and when I got home later that day the goods had been delivered

I live in a cedar wood house - all wood other than the roof and base -And have been here 33 years without a problem from woodpeckers! However, 4 weeks ago a great spotted woodpecker decided the house was edible and has drilled a number of holes in the walls. The owls have already succeeded in scaring him or her away and long may this continue! Thanks
