Glad to say the treatment seems to have worked. Service and delivery was excellent. I will use the company again if necessary, but hopefully not for the same reason.

helpful with lost parcel
I ordered the item on at 14.30 on a Friday, but it didn't get into the post till late Tuesday (only partly because of the Bank Holiday) when I phoned to chase things up. Though it was sent First Class, it didn't arrive till Friday. Perhaps they should consider a different carrier. It's a bit thoughtless to print on the outside of the package what the contents are - people prefer to keep quiet about pest infestations in their homes! Still, Bill Pilkington is very helpful, gives good advice on the phone.
Bill actually called to offer a quicker delivery method as the product was coming out over a bank holiday weekend. Excellent service.

I purchased two units as I have a large back garden and since installing then there have been no cats in the garden.. however they have decided to use my front garden for a loo now! looks like I am going to have to buy another one! hehe. I was worried the sounds would scare the bats off but does not affect them. However, it says it can not be heard by humans ...this is not true, as adults we can not hear it but my three children can hear them when they are set off and find them annoying when playing in the garden!!! oh well they will get used to the units!! lol
Product already tried by a friend, it works but remember it only works across a 90degree angle at up to 30 feet. Only weak point is the plastic support that joins the ground peg to the pest controller, as it is very easy to snap it. A stronger support or at least a warning would be appreciated.

I purchased three sonic cat repellers for myself, my mum and my son. I placed mine in the border of my front lawn as the cat's were fouling on the lawn. I haven't seen a cat since. My mum's was placed in her back garden and no sign of a cat. My son's property is overrun by cat's since the previous occupier would feed all the neighbouring pets. He has yet to receive his but I am confident that he will not suffer long. I did not purchase the electric adaptor at the same time but it is my intention now to do so even though the system has been in the lawn for two weeks and battery is still quite strong.
No cats YET!!! Hopefully not ever.
i have been plagued by pigeons,starlings,ect in my garden, as i live at the back of woodland and getting fed up with all the mess on my patio,chairs and table i purchased a owl and falcon as soon as they were in the garden the sky was full of pigeons flying about like crazyas though they had been spooked, was it the owl or falcon i dont care i'm well happy !

Fairly good product but the head on the owl fell forward and would not rotate properly, but have solved the problem by hooking a piece of wire in the spring and attaching to a hole in it's back. So far seems to be working well on the boat.
