I got an email from these people and I figure I give them a try. I used many answering services before and they were more than twice as much as The Best Call Center. The team is very attentive and they answer calls quickly. I highly recommend if you need a reliable answering service.

Wow things are getting really expensive with answering services, I feel like they find ways to keep inflating costs which is crazy. Nope, not with The Best Call Center, they keep things as simple as possible, super cost effective, provide the best reports, and what they say you are paying for is what you are actually paying for. Plus they've got such a big team of bilingual agents, it's pretty amazing.

After having to replace my office staff due to covid and no one wanting to work in the office. The best call center was able to help me replace my receptionist and also my intake specialists. Thank you so much for keeping my doors open during the holidays !!!

I have used these guys for a while. The people that answer the phones are very friendly and easy to communicate with. I was also able to customize the call intake and reporting process. I will be with them as long as I keep working.

My law firm Michele Ferroni in Pasadena has been using the Best Call Center for 4 months now and by far the are the best out of all the companies I have used in the past 4 years. Here is what I like about the company and some honest negatives. 1) They always pickup my phone lines quickly. My last answering service took 3-5 minutes before they spoke with my clients. 2) They have a detailed dashboard and real time reporting. Also you can have your missed calls texted and emailed to you and your staff. Very awesome feature considering my staff can follow up quickly when I am meeting clients. 3) They speak Spanish. 4) Some of the best pricing available. I suspected I was being over charged from my last answering service company because my bill has been 30% less in terms of minute usage since I switched. No hidden fees like patch fees or hold fees. Straight forward billing only charges for minutes engaged with the answering service. 4) Customer service is amazing the team really goes above and beyond to help your business. CONS 1) They don't offer complex intake services. Meaning they are more of a secretary and scheduler vs. a sales person on the phone to help close deals. They do offer this but it is a different service.

Great Service & Great Price Best call center is legitimately the best. They are always quick with their responses when you have an issue. They provide a great management tool that helps you track and understand your calls. The best part of it is the price.

I have used them for my law firm and they experience has been generally very good. They are best when it comes to answer times and the best price vs. other competitors. The only thing you have to be aware is they use agents from Colombia and Philippines which is okay but if you need only American speakers this may not fit you. Their English is great but a small accent may deter you. For our law firm it doesn't matter only people that complain are the ones you don't want as clients anyways.

Can't beat the service I get from them. My old answering service started taking up to 2 minutes to answer my calls so after losing out on too many potential clients I decided to start looking for a service with fast answer times. They have bilingual agents which is a big help for me in San Diego and the pricing is unheard of so raving about them, their service and their agents wasn't even a question. Messages come in fast, calls get transferred seamlessly, and their dashboard has been integral for my team, we can communicate right there so every person on my staff knows exactly what's going on with each call.
