I had an idea for what I needed for my daughters room so I popped in to see if it was possible, Naz and his Mrs were so easy to talk to. The bed I wanted was no problem for them and I got a quote right away, I did a bunch of shopping around and found that these guys were cheaper and was exactly what I needed for the spot. Out of all the house stuff I've been doing this year this part was the most pleasant by far, no stress quick and easy and the mattresses are incredible. Definitely going back as I do each bedroom. I love this place I wish more businesses were like this one

Absolutley fantastic from start to finish, Naz came out and measured the person plus the bed ,finished result is amazing.

Everyone was so helpful and my bed is exactly what I wanted. Delivery was flexible and arranged around me, so I didn't have to take days off work! Bed was made bespoke locally and only in a couple of weeks, much better than any of the big stores. When I next need a new bed I will definitely be going to them again!

We’ve bought carpets from Naz before and were really happy with them. This time we needed a bed and carpet. The carpet arrived quickly and was fitted on a day to suit. The bed arrived soon after and they put it all together for us. My son says it is very comfortable. Good service all round.

Unreal beddd nice material and delivered very quickly , was contacted to let me know the bed was on the way the next day with a certain time , delivery driver was a nice person an delivered it on time :) Very happy customer and I’ll be back for another bed

Bespoke Beds Of Oakwood could not have been more helpful, They gave good advice and took time to make sure we purchased the right mattress for me. They also checked out the bedframe was suitable for the mattress. When they delivered the mattress up two flights of stairs (!) with an awkward bend in the stairs, they did this with care and no complaints. The old mattress was removed and wrapped to await collection to outside the house. I would have no hesitation in recommending this business to friends and family. The deserve the 5 stars!

We had been struggling to find a pocket sprung mattress that suited our needs, then we found Bespoke Beds. They made us a bespoke mattress that finally worked for us. Naz and Shenaz visited us after shop hours and discussed our mattress spec with the aid of samples. They welcomed our questions and concerns, which were answered fully and candidly, especially as we had got clued up during our long quest. We were reassured by their knowledge, patience and understanding and it gave us the confidence to place an order the next day. During the ordering process they tweaked the firmness in the spec with our collaboration by adding extra lambswool to it. They strived to keep the production time as short as realistically possible, knowing that in the meantime we were in discomfort. Naz came with the delivery driver to make sure everything was OK. The build quality of the mattress is superb and is really helping us to sleep with much greater comfort, bearing mind that we have back problems. The price is genuinely very reasonable and competitive for such a high-quality, all-natural, bespoke mattress. They were really friendly, a pleasure to deal with and went the extra mile. Excellent product and customer service.

Friendly, professional, prompt and efficient service

Excellent customer service from purchase to delivery. Very knowledgeable about mattresses. Plenty of choice and recommendations made which were spot on for what my 86 year old mum needed. Once the order was placed a delivery date and time was arranged to suit my availability. A follow up call was made 3 days before delivery to confirm plans and on the day of delivery the matress arrived at the spot on time. The delivery driver and the owner placed the matress in the chosen room and were polite and friendly. The matress was definitely all that was promised and more, a queen of matresses.

I found Naz and his wife really helpful and friendly when buying a mattress for my daughter recently. Naz explained the different options and what type would suit her best at this stage. Delivery was good and I was kept up to date with the time slot, which was really useful.
