Great material on Agile and Scrum. DevOps material is something specially made.
Practical and ready-to-use solutions.
Attended one of his tutorials & got the corresponding material for free.
Products truly helped me navigate my first retrospective. I will continue using and checking back for supportive products.
Very easy to evaluate the agile maturity Of the team with these cards
All fine! Download and everything works.
I recently attended a 4-hour workshop on handling remote Agile retrospectives given by Ben Linders. Given this remote world in which we live, doing the work we do is even more challenging when working virtually. I'm glad I went. In four hours, we covered a lot of ground, from different methods of approaching retrospectives to dealing with introversion to ways to bring the energy level back up. I thought I knew something about retros but as with all good classes and instructors, I learned a few new tricks. Highly recommended. And this review was not solicited by Ben in any way.
I am working with various agile scrum teams and use Ben’s materials often. He is very experienced and open on agile scrum way of working in a practical way.
Very good products & advices + follow up on orders and ways of using the tools that have been bought. Fluid UI and useful information related to Agility.
Really adaptive (agile ;)) workshop! Helped us in our discussions and finding the points where we can improve. I liked the materials as well. It was nice working with you!
the material is not very stylish and there are many typos.... German translation ist not very good. ButI find some of your ideas and of the content are quite interesting. But above all I can give you a thumb up for what you have created and what you share! Thank you
Great cards for self-diagnosing groups!
A few download hiccups but Ben was quick to assist and resolve. Great experience! Haven't had a huge amount of time to review the purchased content in detail but looking forward to doing so.
Hi Ben, Whenever I was blocked with a problem I was able to find a solution in your content that you provide. Keep up the good work. Zane
Responsiveness was amazing. Team really liked activity. Did have to adapt it for remote retro but still worked great.
Ben is an expert with deep knowledge and extensive experience. The workshop's aim I joined was to introduce how the Agile Self-assessment Game works and should be used. I feel that after the training I'm ready and inspired to start using the game effectively to improve my team's performance. Thank you for the valuable experience!
