Very good quality frames, well packaged and delivered on time. The photo mounts were also good quality but a few millimetres additional width all round would have made the task of mounting photos much easier. Trying to mount a 24 x 6 (inches) panorama print with only a couple of mm margin all round to ‘secure’ the photo to the mount was difficult!

I ordered 2 aperture frames, and on arrival to my home the glass in one of the frames was broken - I only realised this a few days after the delivery was made. I purchased a double aperture degree certificate frame. I ordered on a Saturday, the package was dispatched on Monday, and delivered Tuesday. Packaging was secure and sufficiently padded. The courier did not upload tracking details, unfortunately, but it arrived on time anyway. The frame itself is very high quality and looks great. Clear instructions come with it to mount your images/certificates. Overall, very happy with the purchase!

The packaging and frame were excellent. The sizing was perfect and just what we wanted However, the screws supplied to fix the hanging loops were too big for the frame - they were too hard to screw in, even with the bradawl or gimlet holes. We had to source our own smaller screws suitable for the hardwood.
