Excellent service and delivery
Quick and easy online checkout. Fast dispatch but tricky delivery as company used won’t deliver unless signed for. Couldn’t be at home for delivery day so 50min round trip to parcel centre to pick up. Not ideal.

Great quality photo frame. However delivery not good, said they'd put a note through my door saying tried to deliver, but they never did. I only found an email by chance several days later. Rearranged for a Friday delivery, they turned up Thursday, I was by chance in.

Poor customer service, advertised Next day dispatch but my order only dispatched after 4 days from placing the order, my order has not delivered for 8 days, no follow up, staff very rude, ruined my Christmas gift. After waiting to 22nd December, I contacted the customer service to check the status of the order and decided to request tye refund. The shocking issue was the delivery man was about 3 min far from our address and they reversed the delivery!
