Hi there, I ordered the IPL machine end of October, I was advised that they do not have any stock, and asked if I will be happy with a different model, which I replied yes, I have been trying to get hold of them for the 30th October but have not received any feedback, I am now concerned that this might have been a scam and that I will not get my device.
Cannot complain. Took about 2 months for me to start seeing results but then the hair started falling out and none of them grew back.
DO NOT pay this piece of rubbish. I have been contacting them for months saying my machine isn't working and noone has gotten back to me. Emails, Whatsapp, Messenger...nothing. Absolute liars and rip offs.
A great experience. Bareskin has very good customer service.
I have been using the Bareskin on my legs for the last eight weeks. So far, so good. I can see the hair growing back at a slower rate. Some spots on my legs are now totally bare. I will keep on using the device till all the hair is gone.
