I don't usually leave reviews for companies but my experience with this one was very good. I was having a barcode scanning phone shipped to my residential address and they took the extra time to confirm with me and to make sure I knew I had to sign for it. Another person then got in touch with me since I ordered the device without the charger to make sure I had a charging cable already that would work with the device. Above and beyond experience. The device I bought was also $300 cheaper than it was on other sites

Just great. Over a year ago I needed a barcode scanner. Found the one I wanted, ordered it, got it, no problems. Good price, good product, good experience, no problems. We liked the scanner well enough we wanted another as a back-up. We are a homeless shelter (501(c)3) and I thought ... well, why not try and see if they will donate one, what's it going to hurt? Alyssa (super helpful) passed the request along up the chain of command, verified what I wanted, wanted proof of our not-for-profit status and next thing I knew, free barcode scanner arrived at the office. I've come back to purchase again and have recommended to other shelters that adopted using bar code scanners. If you're looking to buy, why not buy from someone that's willing to help out and do some good in the world?

I ordered on 7/13. On 7/19 they email to say they cannot verify my address with the credit card and that my order was being cancelled. Most vendors would call... not five days later but at least the next business day. Per my credit card issuer, the address is correct. After 24 hours of BS I told them to stick it and took my business elsewhere. The next company, POSGuys, shipped same day, verified my payment information on the spot and matched prices. I can understand verifying to prevent fraud. But to not address it for five days? That is not acceptable.

I almost ordered the wrong printer. Good thing I called. They set me straight and had me my printer in 4 days.

I recommend calling the reps at Barcode Factory, if you're new to thermal printing, it can be confusing. Glad I did. They gave me a great price on printer that does labels with and without ribbons. Saved me from buying two!
