I was assured previous subscribers to Cedrec, then started with a company that subscribed to Barbour. The CPD sessions are fantastic and keeps me up to date with new and emerging regulations as well as supporting evidence for my IOSH chartered membership. The value I get from the topic section is great and find it helps focus on not just one regulation. Also the customer service is have received specifically from Nick and Sharon has been first rate. I couldn't recommend Barbour enough for any HSE professional.

I had been a satisfied user of Barbour’s services for several years until serious health problems caused a drastic change in the plans for my company. The single best decision I made was to discuss the situation with my account manager as Simon Bowery proved to be not only extremely useful with his practical advice but also sympathetic to an unexpectedly high degree. Any company that has contact with him can, I am certain, be assured of service of the highest standard.

My first contact with Mary at Barbour was exceptional! she is extremely knowledgeable and knew within minutes which parts of the system would benefit myself and my colleagues. Mary has answered our endless questions and remained available to us after our initial meeting with no pressure whatsoever. I would have no hesitation in recommending Barbour.

Working with our account manager Eloise to expand our subscription to include Barbour Consolidated alongside the Barbour Comprehensive subscription has exceeded our expectations. I'd highly recommend a demo session for how to use the tools available - we weren't aware of the 'Leave feedback' function which isn't just to a bot, the Writers team contacts you (often straight away!) to answer queries, I can't emphasise how knowledgeable the team are about HSE legislation. The 6 monthly legal update webinar sessions are also incredibly informative, just often overrun!

Having only been using Barbour for the past few months, I have felt that the support from Sharon Higgins and her team has been amazing. They've done a couple of sessions for myself and the team, and have given us the confidence to go forward with the platform. They are always on hand to support us. Fantastic service, highly recommend !! SJB

My initial conversation was with Shannon, who is the friendliest person you could wish to meet and is a credit to the company. She sorted out the deal that suited us best as a company and always had time to talk and answer any queries. The system saves me so much time with its ease of use and is one of the best I have come across. Nick Mustard spent time showing me how to get the best out of the system and give helpful advice. Everyone is so friendly and are always there for support. Highly recommend

I'm very new to the service but the initial introduction and training provided by Katherine was effective in helping me set up my legal register as a starting point. The system is very user friendly and has a wealth of information and documents that I'm sure will be very useful and save me lots of time going forward.

Engaging with Barbour to provide our HS&E legal registers has been great, it has saved me the job of trawling through various websites to find the latest updates, and Barbour allows me to create branded summaries and toolbox talks on various subjects, and being part time, I can't tell you how much time that has saved me! Also recommend the CPD webinars, which back up legislation updates and lots of other relevant topics.

Sharon (Head of Customer Care) goes above and beyond. The Barbour system is easy to use and gives access to a vast array of the documents. Sharon is knowledgeable, supportive and extremely helpful - ensuring that we get the most out of the system.

We have access to a library of useful HS&E information as well as British Standards. It is easy to use and our Customer Care Manager is very helpful. We have used the service for a few years and are pleased with it.

Sharon Higgins has taken Customer Care to a different level. Barbour Customer Care is a wonderful service thanks to the diligence of Sharon Higgins and her team. Updated documents are notified to the individuals assuring them that the document they set-up in their personal folder is the latest version. SR

Easy to use service. I always find the information I am looking for very quickly. The ability to then save documents, and get updates as and when they happen, saves me so much time. The customer service is also fast and accurate. RBT

Superb documentation and personal support I have had the pleasure of working with the documents provided by Barbour both individually and with my colleagues within the UK and oversees. It is essential that all persons, from an individual working on their home to professionals designing, constructing and managing developments that provide a safe, secure and sustainable built environment can get support and assistance when necessary - Barbour fills that role I am talking of support over many years not just the date of experience Thank you
