I’ve always had great customer service from BANG+STRIKE. Recently ordered from them and had an issue with an incorrect item. I emailed them, they got back to me the next day and arranged for the correct item to be sent out to me with next working day delivery, before I’d even sent the incorrect item back to them.

I’m typing this on Monday night. Items were apparently dispatched on Tuesday last week with 2-4 working days delivery, so sometime between Thursday and Saturday. Tomorrow is tuesday, the day of the birthday that they were purchased for. I leave home at 6am to visit my other half before work, cook him breakfast and deliver his birthday present. But I won’t have it. Post office tracking link confirms that they haven’t even tried to deliver it yet.
