terrible customer service. Update: after their reply: Simply NOT true. Their website does not allow the billing and shipping address to be different, when you change one it changes both to the same address on safari browser so they don't even know how their website works. website does not allow different shipping and billing addresses and when you emailed them they don't respond in a timely manner then blame the customer and threaten and then ruin your gift by reversing the order. simply the worst customer service ever. until the situation is rectified i will not change this feedback
