Excellent customer service. I was in a hurry with my last order as I needed to send it to Australia. I received my order within 3-4 day’s instead of the 7-10 day’s that was stated. Very professional, friendly people. I am very satisfied with the hand made, personalised, wooden, horse shoe with tag I ordered. I loved it so much, I have since ordered another one and it definitely won’t be the last order I make either.
In process of sending mail to complain including comparison photos. What I received was a cheap fake of what’s pictured.
