First of all I was told (I quote) “ We can have this ready for you in no more than 1-2 days.” while my translation actually took a week to be sent by email. I paid extra for a certified hard copy that came in a very flimsy paper envelop (in the past I’ve always received documents in ‘Do not bend’ cardboard envelops when using other translators, so the letter would arrive intact) and as a result, my document arrived all crumpled like it has been thrown in a bin. Very disappointing as it is a legal document that I need for official purposes. Not the service you expect for £70. I have of course informed them and sent them a photo of the poor state of the document and I’m waiting for a reply. I won’t be using Avo translation again.
