Abhilash is not just another yoga trainer, he is a very effective one at that. It is not just about teaching yoga by showing the asanas & exercises, it is about how you teach and how you make others do the asanas even if others are not confident about doing certain asanas. Also, Abhilash is very good at breaking limiting beliefs in the minds of his students. For example, I thought I cannot do Surya Namaskars more than 10 rounds in a session, but he enabled me to do 50 rounds within a week of attending his session and 100 rounds within next 2 weeks. The best thing is, he is very approachable and easy to connect with. Abhilash is always energetic and passionate about his art. There might be many places to learn Yoga but Avadhuta School of Yoga and Wellness is the best place among all.

I got the opportunity to meet Abhilash sir in 2019 when he came to my college. One of the reason I was so excited to attend his class was because he was a Malayali yoga trainer who came to Andra Pradesh to teach us yoga for few days. And for me attending Abhi sir's class was a wonderful experience after a gap of 5 years since I completed my schooling. He is one of the best yoga trainer and the way he make us to do the postures are really appreciatable. Abhi is definitely a Yoga guru you would like to associate with if you have yoga in your things to do list. He is very energetic and concentrates a lot on breathing which will eventually help you to perform and feel better. He will show you the way to 108 surya namaskars in a matter of 7-10 days too.. Wonderful Experience with a Passionate yoga teacher I take online yoga sessions with Abhilash. With his energy levels the connect is soo good that sometimes I feel he is right there. His perfection with postures and passion to teach has really helped me learn. It’s a perfect start of the day during these difficult lockdown times. I feel refreshed and energetic throughout the day.

Abhi sir is a wonderful teacher who can guide you through your difficulties. During the lockdown,I tried to follow the videos that were being posted. I have joined in the last week of April 2020, like all , taking full advantage of the lockdown period wherein there is ample time to pursue all the activities that we once had thought of. And definitely yoga was on my mind all the time.But online yoga was a bit of doubts before joining Abhi Sir.Imagine , a not so yoga freak joining for the first time and that too online... but somehow me and my wife joined. And I guess that was one of the best decision taken in recent times. Abhi Sir has an innate ability to make you feel his presence at every moment of the session, and so it was almost as if the online yoga sessions were actual yoga sessions. He has a very deep knowledge of his craft and that is transferred to his students certainly but effortlessly. Joined Avadhuta during lockdown and Abhi was referred to me by sister.Initiatily I was sceptical about online yoga classes but now I am fully satisfied with the support I get from Abhi during online classes.He always keeps a watch on how we do the asanas even when he continuously instructs us,that itself is a great motivation when someone is there around while we do the yoga. A great motivator & guide who is always there in each step of doing yoga.So plz dont miss his classes since most of us are leading a sedentary lifestyle nowadays.So avadhuta would be the best destination to start working for our body, mind& soul.

Joined, when the lockdown started in the month of March. At the initial stage I was in a dilemma whether to continue as the experience of online class was new to me but then the trainer was stupendous in handling each and everyone.
