Austen Lloyd are great. Due to the nature of what I wanted I spoke to three people, including Charlotte and Isabel. They are incredibly efficient and they work really well together as a team, it's quite refreshing to see post Covid. Very very poor recruitment process failed to give updates after sending the CV no real interest of finding a new job. Update: Received two phone calls from the MD and the one of other Recruitment agent after leaving this review. I haven't heard anything during the time of my engagement with them until this review. Today I found out that the same person is dealing with my profile who had no curtesy to contact me hence I decided to stop working with them.
