Graphic on canopy got printed blurry. Aluminium frames did not get shipped together, resulted in our event without canopies to use. All of which was communicated at the time of order placement that time is of the essence. We need a refund/return.

They took the opportunity to fully grasp my needs and provided me with some excellent recommendations to help me discover the ideal solution. Additionally, they went above and above to make sure that every element was perfect when it came to customization.

I want to shout out Jason who was very helpful in assisting us order the right tents and flags for our local event. The mock-ups were sent to us in one day and after approval our order was delivered within a week. Really impressed with the service and quality of the products, thanks again!
