Took a bit longer than I initially expected vs what we are used to these days with next day shipping. But that's completely okay. Tracking updated periodically and everything arrived on time and in order.

Je suis collectionneur de vieilles lettres et j'en possède une qui en 1713 à mis 4 semaines et 6 jours pour aller de France en Hollande. Et bien en 2024, on n'est pas loin de faire pareil ! Ma lettre recommandée venant de Hollande a mis 3 semaines pour arriver chez moi. Autant aller la chercher soi-même. Commençant à m'angoisser au bout de 10 jours, j'ai contacté Asendia via leur portail web : Aucune réponse. Quand j'ai vu les avis cients sur internet, j'ai beaucoup moins souri car le courrier attendu valait une certaine somme. Le tracking bougeait une fois par semaine : Depart le 3 puis rien, arrivée en France le 10 puis rien, changement de localisation le 18 puis rien, pour arriver chez moi le 23. Enfin, par rapport à d'autres clients, la lettre est arrivé. Ouf ! Mais aucune demande de signature à l'arrivée alors que je suis chez moi tout le temps et que c'est un recommandé. Inadmissible car comment prouver que le courrier avec statut livré m'a bien été remis. Asendia, filiale de La Poste n'est pas à recommander en matière de sécurité ni de rapidité.

Jedoch schafft es Asendia nicht das Paket auszuliefern. Keine Antwort auf meine Nachfrage. Kein Updates mit der Sendungs-Nr. Wie kann eine Unternehmung nur so schlecht sein. Sprich es scheint, als wäre der Inhalt der Sendung wohl verloren.
I’ve ordered some products from the States to Uk 10 days ago and since the tracking number isn’t working (I have to say for this I should count half a star less..) I came to read the reviews and I was really worried that my parcel will never arrive but I just got it! Yeeey!! Maybe the expectations were low so I’m more pleased but I wanted to give some hope that sometimes it works well and raise the ratings a little!
It has been 11 days since my order was posted and so far it has not arrived in my country. It's been stuck in the Swiss warehouse for a week without any type of update.
Asendia charged me an extra $17 because they claim my international shipped package weighs 8.8oz rather than 8oz. A fraction of an ounce nearly doubled the shipping cost. I will never use this company again, if given other options.

Asendia either provides faulty tracking information or has a system that allows sellers to claim a package has shipped when it has not even been handed over to them yet. Either way they are not held accountable for providing MISLEADING tracking information or allowing sellers to do so. This has been the case for years.

J’ai commandé à une adresse aux États-Unis, et j’ai choisi ce service pour l’envoi car j’avais peur de la douane avec FedEx et c’est arrivé en à peu près 15 jours sans souci avec un suivi qui fonctionne très bien ! J’ai payé 16 € de douane en tout pour un carton d’environ 5 kg et tout est arrivé en bon état !

Quando, il 23/04, ho fatto presente che il mio pacco risultava fermo da una settimana a Torino, hanno semplicemente cambiato il tracking facendolo risultare consegnato una settimana prima. Il mittente da cui ho acquistato (smartbox) non si é nemmeno degnato di rispondere. Fondamentalmente una truffa.
AVOID ASENDIA! Asendia has the worst customer service of any carrier company. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered by them. It is now 15 days past the expected delivery date. They do not answer the phone. I put in a request to call me and they instead send me an email that only contains the tracking number (which I already had). Finally, I spoke with Sarah, from their customer care team. Turns out they subcontracted their serivce out to a different carrier (UniUni, also horrible). After 2 hours on hold, UniUni hang up on me. Sarah promised to call UniUni and call me back. She has not called me back. How can you run a company like this?
I am very impressed by the poorest service of your customer service department. I don't know why my package is still in the unknow location after more than one month (33 days) from sending date by US sellers. I don't know why you didn't servce any chinese customer for mail package track no and shameless to ask us to contact with local chinese post offices. I asked the chinese local post office and they give me evidence that your company never send my package to China! You just leave the package in the switzerland stockhouse and ignore any of my requesting!!!
