I was a little dubious in using a site I had not heard of before but I needn't have worried. Within minutes I was designated a trip guide Pat Walker who was knowledgeable and polite he kept me informed throughout his search to find me the best business class flights to Florida. Good prices and informative helpful agent. Olivia could not do enough. Only problems I had were with payment. Took a.very long time and numerous phone calls to get my card accepted. This, however, was probably down to the card's fraud prevention scheme. Have used before and will again. Like the fact everything is up front with no hidden charges. Bags and meals were included in the flights.
Customer service assistant very good payment and ticketing a real pain. Nothing seamless a lot of work. Found the request to tip who handled the call very amateur. Almost cancelled when it and the rest of the billing nonsense came up.
