Painless, efficient and friendly. 4 stars only because I received an email on payment telling me that I would receive the tickets within the hour (max); they only arrived at 12.03 today. That shouldn't detract from the excellent customer service I received from Sarah Thompson. She broke down what seemed a more expensive price than the cheapest I was getting on Skyscanner, explaining that it included baggage allowance. The price was keen and the service first rate.

Use Booking.com, Expedia and Skyscanner for booking flights normally. ASAP tickets website link came up on doing a Google search for flight deals. Because I have never heard of this company before, I thought it was a scam. On checking online reviews of ASAP tickets it appears to be fine and genuine. I contacted them on this basis and linked up with agent Rosie Y. First quote received for three one-way multi-city flights was about £70-100 per person (pp) in total cheaper than the nearest competitor and so I went ahead with booking the flights. However, our first names were being entered incorrectly in the first reservation process with American Airlines (AA). It took two rounds of re-quotation to get all our names right. Because of this delay, the air-ticket price had gone up with an increase of £50 pp. Clearly this was disappointing but nonetheless I went ahead because the final price is still good. I dealt with Rosie by email exchanges throughout as well as calling her at her London office a few times. Rosie is very nice and helpful. She responded to my emails quickly and picked up the phone promptly when I called her. There were some hiccups towards the end of the process because I did not know that once an AA 'record locator' is issued I need to complete the reservation and pay for the tickets within 24 hours. Because of this and the need to verify the credit card payment with our bank, it took a little while before the e-tickets could be issued. Our experience with ASAP tickets is very good so far although I guess the final verdict will only come after our trip to the US is over. We could have given ASAP tickets a 5 stars rating and a tip to Rosie too if our names were entered correctly the first time so that we did not have to pay some £200 more for 4 of us.

Great help across the board and the inclusive in the ticket price - hotel stay for 3 nights was a mega bonus as it is 5 mins from where my event is being held. I have used asap twice this year and will be using them again. Thank you Marge.
