Worked with Cassandra on obtaining a piece that was difficult to get for a friend who likes to maintain a low profile. From our initial contact, a period of extended contemplation to delivery of the piece, Cassandra was patient, knowledgeable and willing to work with us throughout the entire process. I want to thank her for making this a very pleasurable experience, and we recommend ArtStar and Cassandra to anyone looking for art.

Incredible customer service! I ordered a bunch of pieces and then changed my mind twice about sizing choices and Cassandra responded to my emails minutes later and handled everything beautifully. They are super quick to respond to you and very eager to help. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely love ArtStar. Selection is amazing - and the framing excellent. But the service is the very best. Superlative intentional. Thank you, Cassandra for helping me through my mistake in ordering and resolving in a way-beyond-expectations way. Highly recommend ArtStar. You will be thrilled.

New house with lots of blank walls...no more! A friend told me about ArtStar so I looked at their website. Wow! I was blown away by the depth and diversity of the artwork they carry. After filling my empty walls with their suggestions now I am, also, impressed with their quality and work ethic. I had lots of questions and their designers were always ready with good ideas and they were easy to work with. I recommend them to friends anytime I have a chance. I'm a happy customer.

I couldn't be more thrilled with ArtStar and excited to purchase more work from them in the future. I purchased two pieces, both gifts, that were printed and framed brilliantly, exceptionally packaged, and delivered safely and quickly. The quality was outstanding and only rivaled by their excellent customer service...I love their collection and can't wait to make another purchase, this time for myself!

I had a fantastic experience with Art Star. They went way above and beyond the normal to get my print to me in time for Christmas. The print was perfect, and I could not be happier with my experience. Art Star provided the best customer service that I have experienced in a long time. I will definitely be looking to order from them again, when I am purchasing art. Thank you so much!

I am a designer who has worked with ArtStar for many years now and I cannot say enough nice things about my experience. ArtStar puts together art packages for my clients, and is constantly refreshing the site with new work from up-and-coming artists. I always have many options for my own projects, and ArtStar makes the entire process seamless from start to finish. The work is delivered on time making my deadlines. Highly recommend for interior designers.

I had a wonderful experience with ArtStar and would openly recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing artwork! The team helped me narrow down the selection and even photoshopped the artwork into a photo of my space. So helpful! Delivery was fast and easy. I was scared to buy art online but am SO happy with the end result!

Wow, this company has some issues to figure out. Absolutely no customer service and shady business practices. Very unfortunate.

I received a Robb Vices box earlier this week that included a $100 "gift card" to ArtStar, which turned into a bait-and-switch, where ArtStar changed the terms once people started trying to use the cards, and then raised prices on their art pieces to prevent people using the "gift card" without spending additional money. According to multiple sources, and readily confirmed via cached google search results, ArtStar raised the prices on all $100 artwork pieces to $150 yesterday. This looks like a blatant attempt to discourage people from using the gift cards that they were given. Their website boasts a commitment of "Killing it with customer service since 2011". How can you reconcile the described actions with "Killing it with customer service"?
