Greg is a pain in the ass to deal with, no one can give clear answers , send me a broken printer and won’t even replace or fix after I sent it to him now he’s saying I have to pay for a new one

I haven't received anything yet, but the fact I got a phone call on a weekend outside of business hours to discuss my purchase and make sure we have purchased what is correct for us, was pretty awesome. Than there was about 15 or so emails that went back and forth until I was completely satisfied with my choice.
Great turn around time & service.
I bought the Epson 1390 dtf printer from Argura Print tech. It took a couple of weeks to arrive, then Greg was very helpful with helping me set it up and get it going. I love it. It’s a great printer.
Once again, a perfect example of how Customer Service should be given. My order was processed and mailed promptly to ensure I received it in time for a Christmas Customer. And also once again, the quality of the DTF is fantastic.
