Ordered a jacket which was way to big , the size on label nowhere near. Sent back for exchange for smaller size. Jacket appalling fit so sent back for refund. Non of this was the fault of Ardmoor who dealt with everything with no fuss at all.

I am normally a 34 waist and after reading the review that the trousers were slim fitting I got a 35'' waist. The trousers were still very tight when they came so I needed to get a size 3 inches larger than usual. Having to pay for postage returns when the sizes are quite different from standard trouser sizes was slightly annoying. I've now used them on a couple of hikes and they are good quality and well made. Very warm so the breather zips are useful. Slightly long on the leg but fine with walking boots. Would get again.

I had to return the item because of the size. They sent returns labels and I return d item. They sent me a replacement immediately. All went very smoothly and I am delighted with the product.

I ordered some shoes to collect in person near Edinburgh. But they were sent to London. And the whole process was very slow and delayed. Incurred a number of inconveniences as a result.

Very quick and what was ordered

The product was great,you did say when the product was dispatched you would e mail me,you didnt and I was not in so had to go and get them from the post office.

The company has been fine - quick turn around and delivery but I’m disappointed in the ridgeline frontier Bib and brace I purchased. They take DAYS to dry, even if they’ve got only a little wet.

It would have been 5 stars but, when I arrived and parked, there was no obvious signage telling you where the collection point was. Once I found the collection point my package was quickly located and handed over.
