I love the wax jacket, super easy to order and arrived quickly.the reason this is only four stars is one of the buttons is broken but I decided to not return it as it was a button I don’t use often, but I feel should have been picked up before packing and delivering.

Hassle free experience. Ordered a pair of leather moccasins and they arrived in very good time. The only thing I could suggest for improvement would be to provide a bit more detail on them on the website. They’re unlined but no pictures were shown of the inside of the slipper which was one of the most important reasons for me buying them. I didn’t want any synthetic lining as it makes your feet sweat.
Needed some full zip boots, could have got Hunter, or other top brand, but twice the price, these are good and we will see how they last, but good value, soft and supple
