They were a bit big and I had delayed sending them back but when I called ardmoor they were EXTREMELY helpful and immediately facilitated the exchange. Decided to invest in a bespoke brand of Wellingtons as a gift for my girlfriend. Very competitively priced but sadly, they took fully 8 days to arrive. My parcel was ordered online but wasn’t dispatched from the warehouse for 3 days when I received an email notification. Goods arrived well packaged and good condition. Good product. The trousers were a little tight around the waist, so I returned them for a larger pair. No trouble at all. I wish it had been clearer that there was a free returns policy, but such is life, after the event!
