About ArcticSpaStore.com

Arcticspastore.com is the online store for Arctic Spa parts, filters, jets, control panels and accessories. We focus on providing all products and accessories for every Arctic Spa owner no matter where you live. I started Arctic Spas Utah in 1989 as a spa service company. I was still in high school at the time. In fact since I was not 18, I had to have my mom get my first business license. I lived near Park City, UT, probably one of the highest per capita locations for hot tubs in the world. There was plenty of spa service needed. In 1996 my dad told me that I would be doing the same thing forever unless I opened up a store. With his help, we opened our Park City store. A couple years later, I found the perfect spa. We started selling the Arctic Spa in 1998 and were drawn to the design for the cold climates. The following year we opened our Salt Lake Store. Over the years we have received many awards including Arctic Spa Dealer of the Year and Arctic Spa Service Dealer of the Year. We are also an accredited with the BBB with an A+ rating as well as being spasearch.org certified.

Only partially shipped after more than 30 days? That is unacceptable.

When we had a problem with our spa, Christian sent a tech out right away. He thought he had fixed the problem, but it turned out to be more complex. Something he could not repair. It was covered under the manufacturers warranty and they quickly ordered a replacement spa. We are thrilled with the service and concern for our satisfaction.

I've had my hottub for a few years now. Any or service or warrantee item that my hottub has needed has been handled without any questions. They just want to get you up and running again. I also appreciate how the brand designs upgrades and makes sure the replacement part has the new upgrades.

Good webshop easy to buy, and if damaged on receipt they replace immediately with a new product. It would be nice with a page to explain how to use all products (added in water) in detail as the names of the chemical cd be confusing and not explaining contents

Purchased an Arctic Oceans Swim Spa in July 2012. Had an on-going problem with the Onzen system never producing adequate amounts of free chlorine to be in the healthy range. This was true even though we ran the Onzen system 24/7 since the spa was installed The spa has received what I consider to be light usage. Early on we were told we would have to adjust the Onzen system down because it would produce too much free chlorine; what a joke, it never happened. Numerous e-mails and servicing of the unit never did resolve the problem. I routinely tested the water quality and added various chemicals; pretty much to no avail. We even added an additional "floater"system to release more free chlorine. The head to the Onzen system had to be replaced 3 times in less than 6 months time. After all of this, the free chlorine level is still seldom in the acceptable range. I have concluded one or two different things: 1. The technicians at the local Arctic Spa service center were not trained to deal with the problems I encountered. 2. The Onzen system is undersized and was not designed to treat the volume of water in the Arctic Ocean; a design flaw that should have been caught in a testing phase before releasing this product for sale. I believe a combination of these two conclusions is probably a pretty accurate description that explains the problems we have experienced. Except for these problems, we do like the Arctic Ocean. Unfortunately the problems with the free chlorine level, which is a health issue, have somewhat soured us on the product.

I have ordered several items for the used Arctic Spa I purchased last spring. All items have been just as represented and the prices were the best I found. I highly recommend the Arctic Spa Store

I ordered a replacement console for my spa. It took over 30 days just to get confirmation that my part was ordered. They did a great job charging my credit card. I wish the console would have arrived as fast. Horrible customer service. I have loved my Arctic Spa but would not buy another one because the company is so flakey.
