Purchased a monitor arm and Payment even if it was successful from my side, did not came through. I contacted Customer Service and after 1 day of no replies they told me to pay with PayPal. I had to contact them (even though it's their work) to dispute the Payment issue. No replies and one week later I'm at starting point. If you are building an office work/gaming set up consider additional research of payment options.

Hatte ein Problem mit den Schrauben, welche bei meinem Arctic Freezer 34 esports Kühler in der Verpackung dabei waren. Sie passten nicht auf die Backplate meines Motherboards, was die Installation am CPU unmöglich machte. Über den Kundensupport kam ich direkt an einen Mitarbeiter, der mich sehr freundlich und kompetent beriet. Nachdem alle Versuche fehlschlugen, erklärte sich jener Mitarbeiter bereit, noch am selben Tag eine von ihm getestete Backplate mit neuen Schrauben per Post zu senden. Ich habe einen Arctic Freezer 34 eSports DUO Kühler über einen großen Versandhändler gekauft. Leider hatte ich in der Artikel Beschreibung nicht gesehen, daß es sich um eine Retoure handelte, und deshalb wichtige Teile fehlten. Ich wendete mich direkt an den Support von Arctic und ich erhielt sofort Hilfe. Nach kurzer Erläuterung meines Problems wurde mir am gleichen Tag noch das fehlende Material kostenfrei als Ersatz zugesendet. Einen solchen Service kann ich einfach nur empfehlen und mit vielen Daumen hoch bewerten. Ich bin mehr als begeistert und sehr zufrieden. Der Mitarbeiter Herr H. N*****nn war sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Der Kühler macht einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck. Die Online-Anleitung zur Installation und die Schritt für Schritt Anleitung ist sehr Detailgenau und hilfreich. Ich kann den Service und die Artikel nur wärmstens empfehlen. It was okey long delivery way

The cooler works perfectly, however the RGB control master has a problem that sometimes the device is disconnected and I have to open the app to "refresh device list" and enable the rgb again.

Ordered two fans to replace a noisy fan on a newly purchased portable (compressor) freezer (one as a spare part). The fans are actually very quiet and can hardly be heard. Ordering was easy and shipping costs were reasonable. Delivery was quick, the fans were very well packed. Would buy something there again anytime.

This cooler - Freezer 4U SP3 can easily cool down 64 core Threadripper 3990X without ever letting the CPU going under thermal throttle! Amazing stuff considering the price!

The best value for your money. Overall performances are good, a bit loud on the P14 series unlike the P12 ... But the cheap plastic make them fragile on the delivery, got one with a little crack ... Please add bubble wrap or protection ffs. RMA/Support : They answered my question after a while
