Washing machine ordered 7/2/25, paid for in full, not delivered on 11/2/25 as arranged, no communication to explain no-show or to re arrange. I phoned and rearranged delivery for 13/2. Again, no delivery and no phone call. When I phoned I was told I'm not the only customer with this problem so they didn't have time to ring me and would deliver on 17/2. I've asked for a refund instead. Update - 25/2/25 no refund received, bank fraud dept are chasing and I have reported to trading standards. A shame as I had good service when buying a dishwasher a few months before.

Terrible terrible service and a company that never answers its telephone number, does not do what it says its going to do, still has my money after 6 weeks after not fulfilling an order, does not apologise and hides behind a chat function.

I wish I had seen the google reviews for this company before I bought from them but they are hiding behind Euronics and using their reviews on their website. I bought an oven online from ApplianceCentre on 5th January for delivery on 7th January. I received no notification of dispatch or delivery so got in touch with Appliancecentre who said that delivery from Euronics had been delayed and it would be with me the following day. The following day comes… nothing. I call again and was told sorry it will be with you on Thursday or Friday. Thursday and Friday come… nothing. I call again… It will be with you on Monday between 12-3pm Monday 12-3 came and went. I used the instant messenger to ask where it was as the store would not answer the phone. My message was read, then the chat was closed. So, I requested a refund, no response. The following day I used the messenger service again to request a refund and received a very short reply saying refund issued and then the chat was immediately shut down. The shop will not answer the phone. On 13th January I got a ‘credit memo’ stating that a refund would be processed within 5-7 business days. It is now 23rd January and I have had no refund and no oven. Feels like I have been totally scammed. Reporting to Trading Standards and taking it up with Euronics.
No recommendations here.. AVOID!
Really poor service. Rude as well ! Paid £ 96.00 for a call out and do you think I can get an invoice for the call out. They just hang up when you call.. rude and wasteful. no customer service at all. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a tumble dryer, paid over £400 including delivery, installation and removal of old machine. Delivery on a Monday was organised, didn’t arrive. We chased, delivery promised Wednesday, didn’t arrive. Delivery promised the following week twice, now it’s Friday again when delivery was promised today. No machine again today, customer services no longer answering the phone and nobody calling us to explain despite promises to keep us updated. They still have our money. Shocking service. IF I can get through I will be asking for a full refund as I do not trust the company to deliver.
Tumble dryer never arrived in the confirmed delivery and time slot. It had never arrived at their depot - and they didn't bother to update me. They then promised to call me with updates. They never did. I had to constantly chase them for updates and my delivery was 5 days late. Once they delivered the machine, they forgot to take packaging that was taped into the inside of the dryer, so when testing it (with the installer) it got jammed. I noticed this after they left and managed to rip the packaging out of the edge of the drum. I ran out to tell them (so they wouldn't make the same mistake again for someone else) and the installer was dismissive and did not apologise. When I said it could have damaged the machine he said "well you have the warranty". I understand when things go wrong, and sometimes it's out of our control but I can't imagine worse customer service. Shame as I try to support local businesses. Will never be using this company again. The only reason it got 2 stars instead of 1 because the tumble dryer was a good price.
