I received exactly what I ordered. Since many different antique stores sell on the website it’s difficult to rate the website itself since I did not need their support. I guess every store is unique. My specific seller was very supportive and responsive. We exchanged messages regularly. The shipping took a very very long time (longer than when I order from the US to the EU). I only blame the shipping company as the package arrived completely wet (once again not the website’s or seller’s fault). I’ve never experienced this and I order a LOT of packages. Thankfully the wooden object was also wrapped in plastic underneath the box so everything was ok (amazing packaging from the seller that saved it). I am happy with the antique and I would use the website again.

Leur sous traitant pour la livraison Mondial Relay ne fait pas son travail et impossible de parler à quelqu'un pour comprendre pourquoi la livraison n'a pas lieu.

I bought a cabinet from a vendor in Italy, or at least started to. I then bought 2 lamps from a vendor in France named Flore Antiquities that went well. I would do business with them again. The purchase of the cabinet from Centro Mercato Antiquariato has become a disaster. I have requested that the transaction be cancelled, and the vendor supposedly agreed to cancel the transaction. It is not yet officially cancelled. The original delivery price on the cabinet was 200 euros. However, the day the cabinet officially shipped, I was informed by the antique dealer that the cabinet would be dropped off on a street corner over 600 meters from my front door, not delivered into my home. I told them this was unacceptable. They said that if I asked the shippers "very nicely" to deliver it into my home, they might. I insisted that I needed a guarantee that the cabinet be delivered into my home. They then said that it would cost an additional 250 euros to deliver the cabinet into my home. I said this was unacceptable. While it took a few days to rectify the problem, Antikeo did refund me the 1150 euros I'd paid for the cabinet. It is a website for online sales of Antiques from a variety of sources, and sometimes vendors don't act completely honorably. But the end result worked out well. I will purchase antiques through Antikeo again. But first I will get EXTREME CLARITY from the vendor about the delivery scenario to ensure they don't try to hit me with some back-end delivery charge.
