I got sent the wrong product. However, i got a call and it was dealt with immediately! The new product was sent expedited. It was supposed to include a shipping label for the return product but it wasn't sent. Now I have to spend more time reaching out to get a return label again. But overall great company and products. Mistakes happen, I understand.

This company is not just trying to get your money. I ordered an amazing Viver kit (not cheap) for about 15% lower price than anywhere online. I found your deal online. It was such a great deal I couldn’t turn it down. I usually get my Redness kit from a clinic in Ottawa where I am from, but it’s usually close to $600. I searched online for the same kit and your clinic in Vancouver was the first that popped up and I was shocked at the price difference. Though there was a $40-$50 shipping fee, with that it was still almost half of what I have been paying in Ottawa. I will be ordering from your clinic again! With Anti-Aging I always get my order quickly. Je suis toujours satisfaite. However, with my order it will be nice to receive sample of other products to try. I use Zo Skin Health for many years because they are the best products I know. But I would like to try other products to compare. I will ask Anti-Aging for samples on my next order 😉
