Been following up with the status of delivery of our EDDMs. It was placed July 25th, 2022. As of writing, we still didn't get any unique scan from the 2 qr codes at the back of our cards. WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE THAT OUT OF 1500++ mails that "were claimed to be sent out" not even one scan was made. A lady named Lynn gave me a call few weeks after the order was placed and nothing else from there. I believe this company is a BIG SCAM!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Stay away from this company. I hope everyone files a formal complaint on this company and have them jailed for this wrongdoings.
Bad Services No where to get ahold of a live person to see my order status!
I am wishing I could see when things would be delivered. It said 1-2 days for shipping. When I paid it said up to two weeks. Hard to plan when you have no idea when things will be shipped. It would also be great if you could track the status, or have someone respond. A very bad experience. I will make sure people do not use this if they ask.
My husband ordered mailers on 03/23/2022 and has been charged, yet the post office has not yet received them. We have emailed your company but have not received a reply and your phone number does not provide the ability to speak to anyone or leave a message. This is extremely frustrating and bad business!
Nobody calls you back, no one helps you, horrible service!!!!!!
This company is a scam. Seems they got a sweet heart deal with the USPS, and now they just do nothing and take your money. They charged us twice. Will not respond after many attempts over a period of weeks. Will not refund our money. Have not mailed our product. They used to have a phone number where no one would ever answer, but that number has magically disappeared. Run in the other direction. They will waste your time and take your money.
Postcards always look great. Love the ease of creating and picking the routes of where to go.
I've been using Amplified Mail for a few years now and have been impressed with not only the quality of the print items and order process, but their expertise in the mailing. Customer service has been over the top - thanks to Stephanie Polkowski!
Amplified has great prices and services. They are also very helpful when something needs changed or fixed that you are not able to do. The one critique I have, which is why I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is that it no longer lets me delete my uploaded photos. Which is bothersome for me as I like to go back and delete the photos I won't use anymore. Other than that, it is great!
We have been using Amplified Mail for about a year now. I love the "user friendly" software and we receive back many more surveys/evaluations by using Amplified Mail. We used to send out surveys/evaluations via snail mail and feel that Amplfied Mail is the way to go!
easy to use program. I personally need to take the time to figure out some items. I would appreciate an email once the order has been processed and mailed, they tend to come and go.
Love the system - we're looking forward to using it in the future and any improvements that may assist us going forward.
