Everything was great though, I had to weight in an extremely long line to pick up my online order... Which would have been okay if that's the experience I was expecting. If I recall correctly, your website mentioned curbside, which was a big factor in placing my purchase. When I arrived at the store I called to ask where to pull up for curbside but was instructed I had to come in. I would make it more clear to your customer how to pick up an online order so that they don't arrive thinking it will be quick and then have to enter and wait (the line was snaked around a good portion of the store).
