Overall the products were great and the quick delivery was right on time. However, a few things made me not give 5 stars. 1st of all if you say you will be calling the customer back please do so. Lastly when a customer is trying to explain what happened let them do that. Do not assume they are calling you about something you have handled before, every situation is not the same. I spoke with a guy about my order and he cut me off and insisted I did my order incorrectly. I kindly waited and let him speak and when he finished I said ok now let me explain what happened because that was not it. After my story all he could say was oh and put me on hold. Thankfully he put someone on the phone that knew what I was talking about.
