I have used them three times now, twice within Manhattan and today from the city to Westchester. Every time they are so communicative, beyond fairly priced, on time, and always so nice and helpful!Today we had Chad and Micheal as our movers as they were so efficient, careful with our things, and so happy to help. If they will handle our next move one day in Westchester i would only look to hire them again. Truly the best!

The American Family Mover were professional, efficient and definitely very nice to work with on this move. We had to store most of our things in storage units and the first movers didn't move our things with as much care as these guys. I highly recommend American Family Mover and will absolutely be using them again!!

From the time that they arrived to the time that they left, they were so professional, friendly, QUICK, and took great care of the whole move and all of my items. Francisco and his crew arrived on time and were super communicative. They were fast with an eye for details and a fun crew to have around. They were super fair in pricing and did a great job packing and moving us in a complex situation. Highly recommend!

The move cost was right on par with my initial estimate. The service itself was phenomenal. Mike and Rob took great care of my items. everything was plastic wrapped and covered with moving blankets. They strategically moved items around tight turns and down narrow stairs. I’m on a third floor apartment and I know this wasn’t an easy task but their work ethic never wavered and they kept a smile the entire time. I highly recommend American Family Mover for an stress-free, efficient and cost effective move. It’s good to see a company that has great customer service when we live in a time where it hardly exists!

The guys were fantastic. They supported each other where they needed. They worked quickly and efficiently. They had a good work attitude and were very friendly. The items were very heavy and they didn’t complain which made the experience much more enjoyable.

We had a phenomenal 3 man team. Chip Kieth & Jason went above & beyond getting us into our dream home faster than we could have dreamed. They handled our our stairs, no problems. They were very professional & had all the equipment needed to get things done right!! Totally worth booking, I can't wait to work with them again!

The employees were extremely careful and gentlemen, they double and triple wrapped every piece of furniture!! I am very picky when it comes to perfection and I can say that if you have expensive furniture this is the company you need to hire for the job. The guys who came were Matt Rey Andy Carlos and Francisco thank you very much to make my moving smoother!

Matt and Rey were fantastic movers! They arrived early and were very professional. They really wrapped up the furniture extremely well and carefully listened to my requests. They are so patient and kind! Rey who also helped book my move was very a accommodating. Highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience - absolutely 10/10. From start to finish, Angel Brett Michael Chip and Keith were quick, efficient, and completely professional with the move day-of, and came with great energy and positive attitudes.Nathan was wonderful to work with in prepping for the move; he was always available to answer questions or offer advice when I was debating which storage unit size to go with. This is the third time I’ve used this company for a move and I’ll be using them again next time I move. Highly recommend!

They helped me pack fragile items that I was unable to complete prior to the move, and offered to help me discard unwanted items. My belongings were handled with care and were transported with absolutely no damage. Jason is completely amazing and was a pleasure to work with. I can’t emphasize that enough. I will absolutely use American Family Mover if I move again in the future, and will definitely be recommending this moving company to others for their outstanding service!

Matt Rey Andy were fantastic — quick, careful, attentive to all our items. They packed our apartment so fast! And they had creative solutions for how to transport delicate items safely and get bulky furniture through tight hallways. Super impressed with the work.
