They don’t know nothing when you call to ask why the bill is so high oncor charges an extra 50 to your bill wow wouldn’t recommend to a friend. It don’t matter how long you’ve been with this company they don’t care they’ll just keep charging and charging You’ll never know how much you’ll have to pay. It’s always in the air.

Super easy experience
So far so good. they came recommended and actually had a plan that fit my needs. Hopefully Ambit will not do what every other company has done and change the terms of the plan halfway through making it a bad deal for the customer. Only time will tell.
