Amazon Apex sent my inventory that was provided by blu brain without checking the supplier was accredited by the manufacturer. Amazon deactivated my account since day one. Both Amazon Apex and their supplier didn’t take responsibility for the store management. I lost $4K as a result of their inexperience. Any other company that manages Amazon stores said that was pretty basic knowledge. You should be aware of choosing the right team to manage your store. Neither Amazon Apex, nor Blu brain (the supplier) refund me for the counterfeit products. Be aware.

UPDATED: A customer marked a product as counterfeit in July 2024 and I notified Amazon Apex about this. They said they had it covered. Well, here we are in October and not only is my Amazon Seller account still deactivated but Amazon has now destroyed almost $1k worth of inventory.
