The pictures suggest its good for neck pain. It was not flexible enough to do any good and it was no where near hot enough to provide any relief. It'd sitting in a cupboard unused.

As I was going overseas for 6wks I was disappointed I hadn't known about it earlier as I didn't think it would arrive in time for me to take with me especially as I ordered it late Sat afternoon and was leaving late Tues, but to my surprise it arrived Tuesday morning, I was so pleased as Its the only thing that has really helped so effectively with the pain in my foot and I knew I would be doing a lot of walking while away. I ordered a TRX force kit (full price) and a training Mat (on sale) on Monday evening. The order was confirmed the next day. Then I noticed that the TRX Force kit was on sale on Tuesday afternoon. I was disappointed to have missed on this. I contacted the staff and they agreed to make a refund. On Wednesday I received the Parcel in Sydney and the refund was completed. Was fitted with thumb splints by physio several years ago. Replace with same brand after trying others. Comfortable, supportive and wash easily.
