I have opted for 36999 plan.. I am not satisfied with their service, so i cancelled it. its been 5 months i canceled the plan still i didn't get the refund amount. I called many times, i posted my query multiple times in their website. I didn't get any response. If anyone has the idea of opting for alpfly plan, reconsider it. Their service is not even worth for Rating 1.
They are fraud not giving tickets and money.
HORRIBLE - i`ve fully paid up in Aug 2017 and have only received 2 tickets from them, balance 8 tickets whenever i book they have unavailability of inventory,, they request to cancel the ticket for which you need to pay an additional of Rs 999/- which they say will be refunded, earlier amounts still have to be refunded.... OR You can cancel the travel request without paying any charge, certainly which attracts 999 INR but the same will be waived off and your ticket will be reinstated in the ticket inventory. Fraud Company Not issuing air ticket as promised not refunding hard earned money of members. Not at all reliable. Executives are very unprofessional. Office is closed from last 15 day.
this company took my 30k money n not giving the ticket n neither refunding the money when talked wid his director he told me that go to court will not refund u...it is full a chit fund company who took money from customer n gives ticket to some customer initally n than run away...previously also they have done in some other business..be ware n kindly all people join together to put this people behind the bar..... we can file a PIL againmst them... my whatsapp no. 9798587637...
It is a complete fraud and Ponzi scheme. They will refuse to issue tickets at the last moment when you get completely helpless and are forced to pay higher price. Complete cheating company.
PEOPLE OPEN EYES- I AM WRITING THIS SO IT DOESNT HAPPEN WITH ANYONE & SINCE AE HAVE PROOFS & ARE TELLING TRUTH, I AM NOT SCARED OF THEIR FRAUD LAWYERS & LEGAL NOTICE Today, I write without any fear that they are not only cheaters/scamsters but harass to last level. They gave us all the wrong combinations of tickets at 3 AMs in night & layovers of over 6 hours for which they charged double flights, inspite of giving us direct flight they charged double from us & tried to extort 8000 rs too in addition. But now they crossed all limits. Himani who’s the so called manager guided us to book tickets at month end to be on safer side as we were coming closer to package end. but their actual plan was to cheat us in their own way. I booked 1 way ticket for 28 Sep, but they inserted their own rules & locked dates for booking from 29–3 oct (as 30th is dussehra & 2nd is gandhi jayanti & they do not let book 1 day prior &1 day after the festival) hence 6 days blocked in 1 go, since my membership expiring on 3rd, they said now we cant give you return tickets unless you renew package or give us 7000 rs additionally to the ticket. at last, they said use - Make my trip or other portals to book tickets ourselves; Hence i was left with just one way ticket & all my hotel bookings at stake to which we said, we would write on all the portals about how they have harassed us in past 1 year & would visit their office too for justice as our 4 tickets have been seized by them. THE WORST, THEY SENT US A LEGAL NOTICE TODAY & DARED US TO WRITE ABOUT OUR SITUATION ON ANY SOCIAL MEDIA SITES. SINCE WE HAVE ALL PROOFS OF THEIR HARASSMENTS IN PAST TOWARDS US, WE HAVE ALL PROOFS & WANT TO ENSURE PEOPLE DONT FALL UNDER THEIR TRAP AT ALL. PLEASE GUYS, THEY ARE CHEATERS & WILL EXTORT MONEY AT EACH & EVERY STEP.

I availed of their service contingent to them booking a ticket from PNQ - DIB. I was assured that it will be done after which I made a payment of Rs 31999. After making the payment, they stopped responding to my emails or picking up my call. I was given only one email intimation that "we will look into it". Meetings were fixed, and accomodation arrangements were made. Now almost 24 hours prior to my travel date, I still do not have a PNR or even an acknowledgement email. Now regular ticket fares have increased to Rs 50,000 return leaving me completely hopeless. These people need to be taken to task...
ALPFLY IS A FAKE COMPANY. THEIR SALES TEAM SELL THE PRODUCT ON FAKE COMMITMENTS AND ONCE THE PLAN IS BEING PURCHASED NO BODY PICKS UP THE CALL. EVEN IF YOU REQUEST FOR A TICKET ONE MONTH IN ADVANCE, THEY WILL NOT ISSUE A TICKET TILL THE LAST TIME. THEN THEY HAVE SOME PET SENTENCES LIKE "WE DON'T HAVE ANY INVENTORY FOR THE REQUESTED DESTINATION". "THE PRICES ARE TOO HIGH SO WE CAN'T ARRANGE FOR THE TICKETS". "WE CAN ARRANGE TICKETS FROM THE THIRD PARTY AND YOU WILL HAVE TO BEAR THE CHARGES".
I had to attend a wedding ceremony with my cousin in Bombay but I was so tied up that I forgot to book our stay. Just when I gave up hope, my brother suggested I use Alpfly. I wasn’t so sure at first but when I did, we got the Daffodil Plan. What we noticed was,we got one third price reduction. With the surprise as I moved further, we got mouth-watering complimentary breakfast. Now that we use it, we’ve learnt that we don’t have to pay till the validity period. Our plan provided us 4 and 5-star hotels in the metro cities we chose when we had plans! Alpfly, you’re the best!!
