Technical problem solving over the phone on a Sunday
The VPN router is exemplary with it's plug and play function. Together with the Sky Stream puck everything works smoothly. The cost of service is competitively priced when compared to other Sky Stream packages. So very efficient transmitting over the internet, without the need for satellite dish and attendant cabling. Highly recommended!
the router (only yours) seems to lose the wifi connection. i have zo unpluck it and plug it in again so that it continues working.
