It was quite a speedy delivery of the bath set. They for some reasons did not include the overflow with the bath but posted separately for the next day delivery…so it has not affected me Overall I am pleased and could recommend
Helpful on the phone, confirmed it was the right product. Good price compared with competitors. Prompt delivery. Clear instructions for fitting meant I saved a lot of money compared with going to a plumber to acquire and fit the replacement shower.

It's easy to rate a company when everything is perfect, but if things aren't right you often get a second rate service. That's not true of Allbits. My order arrived in less than perfect condition, but a quick phone call and they delivered replacements right away. I have no reservations ordering from these guys again.

The kids love the new waterfall tap, it is so easy to use and the waterfall makes them laugh whilst they brush their teeth, the water meter will be reading a bit higher though because they just love to watch it. Very easy to fit on our vanity basin in the main bathroom. Thouroughly recommended, excellent.

Did order on the 6th dec finally got my order on the 20th of December but customer service was good
Product has just arrived over a week later than originally promised. Initially trouble with transport which is dissapointing but accdeptable. However, the further communication was very poor. I had to chase then was misled even during the day of delivery by almost 5 hours. When I called to ask again and comp[lain the man took no responsibility just argued and gave excuses that would have been OK if they were given in advance rather than in response to my calling them. I've used this compant before and everything has been good so this was especially dissapointing

Purchased a back to wall toilet expected delivery 8 days but arrived next day. 15 days later realised I needed larger unit which was exchanged with no bother whatsoever with excellent customer service and advice both over the phone and face to face at the New Romney Branch. Same excellent service at the Whitstable Branch for the last 7 years so why go anywhere else for products and advice!

Looked all over the place for a well made and designed towel rail, along with the external looks and quality the actual technical output of this towel rail will keep your bathroom toasting in winter weather, that awful moment of leaving a warm bath or shower ! but no longer, warm towels and a truly warm room. is what you will walk into. This website sucks. Said they would deliver within 5-7 days. 8 days later I am still waiting.
