My bridesmaids dress that I got from the site came in ten times too small I got a 10,12 and 14 and they all had only an inch gab between them all so they didn't fit one of my bridesmaid's and the others were very tight. They came in a completely different shades of green than I picked. All in all rubbish. And they wouldn't return them so I am having to take it up with the credit company atm still. What ever you do don't buy from this company!

I waited patiently for a month for my bridesmaid dresses to be delivered. When there was no sign of them I emailed 'Chris' to ask for an update. I sent a further 2 emails and waited a week to hear back. The email makes no sense, broken English and bizarre excuses. I was told they were having "production issues" just what you want to hear when your wedding is weeks away and you're already stressed out to the max! I've since emailed a further 2 times and am yet to hear anything back it's so disappointing. Worst customer service I have ever received. ****DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY****

I ordered a dress and paid £155 for it it arrived a month later with a recipt from China for £32 on opening the dress it looked beautiful I took it to a wedding tailor for alteration and tried it on for the first time the zip was damaged stitching was loose and they had placed a huge spilt in the centre of the satin underskirt directly between my legs the tailor couldn't help me and fix the dress I left in tears I contacted aislestyle for an exchange and sent photos of all the damage they ignored my emails for 3 weeks then emailed in broken English and stated they would not exchange or refund the product I am now seeking legal aid as I've had to go and buy a new wedding dress weeks before my wedding this company is awful

Today I received my wedding dress... Thank you so so much :) I'm absolutely in love with my dress 😍 can't wait for my big day :) colour, material, size everything perfect :)

They have not refunded me £355 owed to me. They've been saying for weeks that I'll get my money and blame Paypal of all people! The dress I got also wasn't as per the photos, so very disappointed. Don't order from them - it's not worth the hassle.

Very pleased with a bridesmaid dress i ordered took its time coming but its perfect very pleased.

I ordered 3 dresses for my bridesmaids. The order then said pending after putting in my credit card details. When I logged back into my online account with aislestyle there was no trace of my order at all. I asked the online chat tool whether my order had been received as I was worried my credit card details had been taken, yet no confirmation. I was told no order had been placed. 4 days later nearly £300 left my account!!! Since then I have been sending emails and phoning but there has been no response at all! I am currently investigating with a credit card fraud company. Terrible service, terrible company and no professionalism. I will be seeking a full refund.

Tried to order a dress, and in the process ordered 3! The site came up with an error message, saying payment hadn't gone through, so I did it another 2 times, and ended up with 3 payments going through. Probably a deliberate ploy to get more money out of people! Have asked for my money back, but nothing. Disgusting company and conning brides to be!

I ordered a wedding dress to be costume made from this website. It was gorgeous in the picture and looked like a million dollars. The dress arrived within a month - 2 sizes too small!!! And the quality wasn't what it seemed like when I saw it on the website. I contacted aislestyle about my complaints about the dress being too small, even though they were supposed to sew it according to my measures. I have heard nothing since and I think I never will. I went to a tailor who will have to make major changes because it is really badly sewn. It will cost me over 300 USD !!!! Aislestyle you are corrupted! !!!

I was nervous about ordering a wedding dress online knowing that I couldn't return it and not knowing anyone who had ordered before but I was pleasantly surprise. I had it made to measure and it came almost perfect. There were a few adjustments required but no more than would have been if i'd bough it in a shop. The quality is good but not obviously not on par with the £1000+ dresses. But if you are after something cheap I would recommend them.

I have just come across my photographs of my flower girl dresses on this website. This company is selling them for far in excess of the original dresses which are for sale from my shop and my website in the UK! The photos are subject to copyright. I also recognise the photographs of many other designers. If you buy a dress from this site then you are complicit in a breach of copyright. The dresses are copies made from the stolen photos. Copyright notices have been served on Google so the photos at the very least - and with any luck the whole site - should be taken down shortly.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS !!!! I WILL NOT GIVE UP UNTIL MY MONEY REFUNDED Returned faulty dress at my cost by UPS, promised refund of 80.00 , nowhere near covers my loss and you guessed it no credit received thus far, even allowing for Chinese New Year. I deal with China on a daily basis with my work and this outfit are a disgrace, under no circumstances should you buy from them Just as a footnote was contacted and asked to take down review and that I would receive a credit for the faulty dress, have since chased Chris for a return address and so far the silence is deafening !!! 3 bridesmade dresses ordered in Burgundy colour. First one arrived in red but was told this was the colour on the website and no replacement would be offered. Two further dresses arrived and you guessed it in the colour that we wanted Burgundy had arrived so dresses did not match. 3 confirmation emails were received confirming Burgundy. Over priced " rush orders " completed the misery with the second order arriving one day before wedding ?? despite guarantees given by aisle style. Just to finish the experience one of the dresses broke on the morning of the wedding with the bridesmade wearing it for the first time. Customer service is zero along with expensive poor quality items. Please note this is a Chinese organisation with just a registered address in UK. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS. Go to high street and save yourself a lot of heart ache. Jonathan

Hallo. Firstly, I have received my dress within 25 days and it was lovely. I had my concern about ordering it online, but I read the reviews and also spoke to Chris through email and finely placed the order. The dress is very beautiful. I paid for custom size and it is worth it to pay a little extra for the perfect wedding dress. Before I placed the order with Aisle Style I checked the reviews of other online companies from overseas and it was terrible. So I was pleased to find Aisle Style. The fabric and colour is beautiful and attention to detail if very good. Nicely made. There are only little alterations that need to be done, but I was counting with that. It is definitely worth the money you pay. I ordered a beach chiffon wedding dress (Simple Sheath/Column Straps Beading Ruching Sweep/Brush ). Love it and recommend it to anyone.

I had my reservations about ordering a dress from overseas. But I messaged the company, using their instant messaging box on their website, and outlined my concerns and enquired how similar to the photo of the dress I liked would my dress actually be.The person I spoke to was very reassuring and emailed me various photos of current projects they were working on. So I placed my order using the option to provide custom fittings (which costs a little bit extra). When the dress arrived I was really impressed. The material was lovely and the embroidered detailing and beading was fantastic. I needed to get it slightly adjusted around the bust area, but considering I had no actual fittings they got it more or less spot on. The length was perfect. I would have no qualms about recommending this company to anyone, but I would advise paying that little bit extra for custom measurements and to expect to have minor alterations made so it fits perfectly on your day. But this is a small price to pay for the quality and value for money you get.

I was really worried about buying a dress from an international company, I did not find many reviews about it, but I took a chance and it was worth it! The customers services was great since the beginning, they answered all my questions and my dress arrived yesterday! I bought it on September 28th! To arrive this fast in Brazil is very difficult! But they managed it! I surely recommend to anyone!

I was very nervous to order my wedding dress online especially so last minute however due to the timing and budget it really was my only option and I cannot believe how much money I saved for what I got. My dress was gorgeous! Made to measure perfectly and delivered within 4 weeks - amazing! Communication was good throughout. The material of the dress was just what I wanted and I felt so comfortable in it and very special indeed. On seeing my photographs everyone commented on my dress and could not believe it was from an online site. Thank you!

The picture of my dress on the website is originated from other designer. The dress delivered is an imitation of the picture but failed tremendously in terms of quality and detailing. Furthermore, the delivery company charged me extra at my door step for the door to door delivery option. I doubt that they will offer me a refund at all. I am writing this review because I don't want other people to get cheated the same way.

I ordered my dress to measure was quite worried about doing this and also picking it from a picture and all via the internet !!! I dealt with Chris who was very helpful and always replied to my emails so that gave me confidence in the company. My dress arrived within 5 weeks WOW WOW WOW it was perfect, size colour, material, and the bead work on it is fantastic.I can not wait to wear it but will have to wait till next February. At first I got scared, because my dress came folded in to a courier's bag and then in the company's bag, but I asked to be sent as a sample to avoid the extra custom fees... (I didn't, but this was my fault) Be careful! Ask to be send by mail!!! The dress is made of very good quality heavy satin, very well tailored and has the right color. I asked to be made according to my measurements. Of course you take some risks with that because the way you take your measurements might differ...so it was a little tight to me, but this is not a big problem as I have to lose some weight anyway! ;-) Remember that the picture you see in the site is photoshoped, so be prepared and realists!... You must check the texture quality, how is tailored and if it fits you! The dress needs to be dry cleaned and ironed, so you can see it in a proper way. So when I say "you get what you see" I mean under realistic conditions. Try to have you hair done that day and put on a little make up, because I didn't do any of that and got socked at first by looking my self in the mirror... So...Be prepared! Great and very helpful customer service! Very polite and they answer to any question. I sent some wrong measurements and they figured out that something was not going well, so they informed me immediately! I totally recomend it! Especially if you are a bride that wants to avoid trying too many dresses, if you are sure about what you like and suits you, if you want to save money by not paying the same dress double or triple price in a local store...
