Hybrid estates agents - Stevenage were superb during the purchase of our first home.

Agent Hybrid are by far the best estate agents to have. From start to end of what turned out to be a very complicated chain they were awesome! Prompt, friendly, answered all my questions (of which there was many!) and all whilst making it feel like they truly cared as much as we did. Massive thanks to Yasemin, without her support I am certain we would never have got over the line. She really does go above and beyond and is exceptional at what she does. Big thanks to James as well who was also awesome! I don’t plan on moving again, but if I ever do I will not hesitate to use Agent Hybrid again. Thank you all for your support and help over these past 10 months!!

My husband and I had the pleasure of dealing with Yasemin at agent hybrid for the purchase of our new house. From start to finish Yasemin was hard working, personable, easy to contact and always quick to act. The moving process is always a stressful task and the trouble we had with solicitors didn't help but Yasemin was always there to support us. Agent hybrid aren't your usual stuffy estate agent, they're modern and friendly with an inviting office. Absolutely recommend using this estate agent for property sales!

We chose Agent Hybrid to represent our property, as when we previously went house hunting in 2022/23, they were our favourite agents that showed us around some properties. They were super friendly, allowed us to move around the property freely and were highly knowledgeable about each property. They had a different aurora about them, as when they showed us around it felt natural and didn’t feel like a sales pitch, which is how we felt with other estate agents. They did not disappoint when we put our property on the market with them. When we put our property on the market they were very good at communicating when viewings were booked in and were able to provide us feedback from the viewer within 24 hours, which for us was super helpful as we were able to quickly edit our property based on feedback, if we were able too. Even though the market at the time of us selling wasn’t great (mortgages rising!), we still managed to sell our property relatively quickly, in comparison to other properties on the market at the same time, and we were able to sell the property within our recommended price range. When viewing for properties, once our property was sold, they were not pushy in getting us to look at properties on their books (which some estate agents did when we were looking which put me off!). However, it worked out that the property we wanted were also with them and negotiations were able to happen quickly. When going through the buying and selling process, they were super helpful in speaking with solicitors and other parties to help the paperwork go through and they were really helpful in getting us to understand what was happening throughout the process. This was the most stressful part of the process, however the team were very helpful in being able to answer questions, helped us to stay calm and were very reassuring throughout. This really helped us during this stage. What I really loved about Agent Hybrid is that the whole team worked together, they treated us where we felt genuinely cared for rather than just being a property on their books and their communication was top notch as they were always clear and they kept in regular contact with us from start to finish. Would highly recommend. Shout out to Yasemin and James! You two were fab and we appreciate your hard work with the buy and sale of our properties!

I initially chose Agent Hybrid to represent me because of their simple and clean business/pricing model, plus their cool name. I'm so glad I did. Right from day 1 everything has been great, from the moment Ashley signed us up, right the way through to completion today. An especially big thank you to Yasemin, who not only has been a fantastic help through the process, but has regularly gone much more than an extra yard to keep everyone connected and everything moving. She has been nothing short of brilliant. Agent Hybrid sold our home for us and we received excellent service from Ashley, James and Yasmin throughout the process. Their communication was exceptional . Ashley even emailed us while he was in hospital for an appointment and made sure we were kept up to date. James negotiated with our buyers gaining us a higher price than we expected and Yasmin chased everything that needed to be chased and got back to us promptly. If we ever sell again we will definitely be using Agent Hybrid again and we recommend them to everyone we know.

Recently used Agent Hybrid to purchase a property and can honestly say their service was brilliant, always kept informed if not me they kept in contact with my solicitors as I wasn't always available due to work commitments. They were always very polite and professional in their busy. I never heard of them until I found the property I wanted to purchase and can honestly say service was better than the bigger Agency out there. Buying our first home with Agent Hybrid couldn’t have been easier. From the initial viewing with James to completion with Yasemin, everything went as planned. James made us feel comfortable from the beginning by facilitating a peaceful viewing with none of the suspicious behaviour I’ve experienced from other estate agents. I wanted to see the house, he showed me the house, that was it. That is all I wanted. When it came to making an offer, the first wasn’t accepted and the counter was, simple, easy and dealt with quickly. From then on, dealing with Yasemin and the team was fantastic. We were kept informed of what was going on throughout the process with the right amount of communication and swift responses to our queries. On key collection day we were welcomed in to the office with a smile and were handed a gift box along with our keys. This gesture was greatly appreciated and really did round off the deal. Lenor now has a new customer for dryer sheets! The Haribos also kept us fuelled when unpacking the mugs and plates in our new bedroom and our clothes in the kitchen.
