A new way to be musician!
Wat een DRAMA met dit bedrijf!!!! Ik heb op 19 dec deze drumstokken voor mijn vriend besteld. Echter bleken ze niet geschikt voor linkshandigen. Ik wilde ze terugsturen en heb daarvoor precies gedaan wat er stond om ze terug te sturen, incl foto’s verpakking etc. Vervolgens krijg ik een mail met de vraag of ik ze niet wil houden en 50% terug wil krijgen met de suggestie dat het leuk is om ze in de toekomst aan iemand anders te geven! 🤯 Bizar, hoe bedenk je het? Anyway, ik heb (nadat we 6x heen en weer hebben gemaild) uiteindelijk een return adres los gepeuterd in Duitsland. Voor bijna 13 euro teruggestuurd. Na 5 dagen een bericht gekregen dat het product was afgeleverd. Weer gemaild waar m’n geld bleef en inmiddels 1 maand en 6 mails verder is er nog steeds geen geld terug gestort. Inmiddels gedreigd met aangifte bij de politie, en kijken of ik nu m’n geld ga krijgen. NOOIT maar dan ook NOOIT hier 1 product bestellen. Heb begrepen dat de kwaliteit sowieso drama is. I wish I could give less stars. Was trying to get a refund for an item and the answered my emails originally & now they’re just ignoring me. So basically I’m out about $120. The only thing I can do now is spam their Instagram and warn other people.
My product (drums) didn't work. Their phone number was disconnected. I then tried their website's chat option. I waited and waited and no one answered. I then emailed them. I received an email three days later at 1 am. I responded and received another email 3 days later at 1am again. After a third try, i received an email at 3 am. None of the emails were helpful. I was told on the final email their phones are being repaired and I should try the chat option. ( I tried again; still no one answered.) I should add the grammar and writing style of the emails would indicate they're not in the U.S. I have no idea how the product would be if it worked but they have no customer service and it is impossible to return the product since the website has no address.
Never received anything after one month. Company refuses to refund. Abysmal customer service.
Scam company! Be careful! You will buy and pay their products and they will tell you’ll receive them in 5 days. After 9 days I wrote and what a miracle that suddenly I received a mail saying that a delivery attempt was done when no one came or called. A complete scam as they say the product will be returned. They don’t even give you a reliable tracking information. Do not buy from them!!!
i got the pocket drum 2 plus for christmas, it was the main thing on my list, i turned them on and went to play as it shows in the videos. no sound at all, literally just vibration. it tells me in hitting the parts of the drum but no audio whatsoever comes out. it you’ve seen their tiktoks you’ll know they simply turn it on and drum away. DOESNT WORK!!!
I ordered these drums a month ago. It said it would arrive in 5-6 business days. I now have to go find another present for Christmas at the last minute. I want my money back!!! Who knows if I will even ever get what I ordered. I have written customer service several times and gotten no help. DO NOT ORDER!!!
My experience is based solely on customer service not the product. I wanted to return the drum sticks and am still getting the run around. First they said I needed to pay for shipping. Then they offered a 35% refund and I could keep them. This was after they suggested I try them out for awhile before deciding to return. Bottom line is, so far after many wordy emails on their part and no return label provided, they do not honor their return policy as described on their site.
Garbage fake company!!!
The so called guitar is garbage. The old Casio was better. This is the stupidest product. nothing more than a cash grab and it doesn't function worth a dam.
The product came from China, and you need at least 3 weeks to have it at home, not 4-5 days. For people like me who have no experience with batterie, it’s a great deal, and a lot of fun. I don’t understand some bad comment for this product, this gadget do the job for the price, and work efficiently, if you make efforts to use it and Practice a Little bit.

If you live in Australia.....do not purchase this product. Ordered on 28th Nov 2024 with a promise of 3-4 day delivery. It is now 19th December 2024 and Aeroband support are saying I have to go and chase the delivery company.....WTF. Aeroband used a company called Yunexpress to courier it to from China to Australia. Yunexpress have then have subcontracted the delivery to a company called iMile Australia. If you look at the Product Review dot com dot au website of iMile it's currently 92% negative. iMile received the product, according to the log on 12th December and keep saying its out for delivery and delivery failed. Rinse and repeat. I have tried chasing iMile through customer support and they just say it's scheduled the next day. This is ground hog day and Aeroband should be ashamed of using terrible delivery partners who are terrible at their sole job. Once again, if you live in Australia - do not purchase this product at all.
I ordered a full pack for the birthday of my husband. I choose specially this brand because they says on the website 3/5 working days. After 3 weeks nothing was shipped and now the tracking says it will take 2 or 3 more weeks. I asked them a refund for the Big delay and they offer 5 dollars. A very poor client services... Try another brand you will save your money
waiting 2 weeks for my order, which was supposed to arrive within 4 or 5 days. Just received email that goods are being shipped from China today . Definitely feel this web site is a scam. Dont lose your money , AVOID
The most worthless crap you can buy regarding to music...the set up is worthless, so is the communication between devices. The sound is even worse!
Bought the pocket drum 2 plus a couple of months ago. Tried the app which is OK but I use them for practice and recording. Perfect as I live in a van. They connect via usb so I can use any vst. I have read all the negative reviews and don't get it mine work really well yiu just have to get used to them. Maybe people are giving up on the 1st try..I dunno...But I love mine a great product that I use everyday.
You cannot get your money back because they say that shipment is destroyed and do not care the rest even though I have returned the product within14 days, the carrier is a fraud company and aeroband is working with them never shop from this site
Don't buy directly; please ensure you get them from a retailer. Aeroband has a poor customer experience, and their shipments do not arrive on time.
It's terrible, as a professional drummer i had high hopes. But the drums (which obviously you can't see) decide to randomly move around as you are playing them. Making it completely impossible to play anything, it's not even possible to play a simple drum beat with these. All the video advertising is all a scam because that's not at all a clear representation of the response and ability of this worthless product. The worst part is the company do not know what good customer service is because if you ask for a refund all they do is give you excuses to why it's not working and suggest you try again. It is completely baffling that the website Amazon let them get anyway with selling this product, as it's a trap for a novice, or a relative of a drummer, as they would think it's a good idea with all the great videos... But then when they get it and try and use it, it's completely rubbish. The worst part is the company has 14 day refund policy, which is a very short time frame and very dodgy. I would suggest if you are thinking of buying this for anyone who you know who is a drummer, please don't buy it. These people do not deserve your hard earned money. *Update - they did accept a return but for some reason it I didn't receive the full amount back, it was about $10 short of the original price I paid. They also didn't pay for the return shipping you have to pay for that yourself. The whole experience was pretty poor.
