I ordered some tile packs for a DIY vocal booth I'm building. I'm really happy with the quality and the service. They are vastly superior to some I'd bought prior to this from Amazon, they are thick and absorb sound well and will actually do the job. Price was also good for what you get. Communication from staff was great (although emails ended up in my spam folder) and everything was shipped in decent time. Good company. Thanks.
I bought Wedge 15" Acoustic Studio Foam Tile Pack and it arrived next day, so no problems with delivery. The product is cut perfectly and with an overall quality that I wasn't quite expecting and once fitted, done exactly as I wanted it to do. Overall I'm very happy with Advanced Acoustics

Advanced Acoustics products are Great. I would advise everyone to check them out for studio acoustic treatment, soundproofing etc. but the Delivery Company they use are useless. DX Freight. I paid for next day delivery but they have never managed to deliver on time. I have ordered twice from A Acoustics in the last few months. Most recently 08/01/2015 before 09.30am. I am still waiting for this delivery, which I was supposed to get on 09/01/2015. There has been no contact from DX Freight ( they have my mobile number). I have tried many times to contact them directly at the local depot, but no one has answered and my call is put directly on hold. This is very frustrating and poor customer service. Advanced Acoustics have been very helpful in resolving this problem. Thanks Shaun.

Got my Soundproofing Mat delivered using Palletized Shipping to my new home address. The driver was not correctly informed of the delivery instructions (to call me 10 minutes in advance, so I can be at the premise) but was very courteous and gave me a ring when he arrived and waited for me. He also moved the pallet straight into the garage with a pallet jack, which saved me a lot of heavy lifting.
I ordered three rolls of sound absorbing matting at a reasonable price which they arrived as stated the next day. I sent an email querying the actual arrival to clear some Pay Pal confusion, and they replied immediately. The product is as described and of good quality.
Bought this to soundproof our front door as it opens directly onto a main A road (a very busy and noisy Euro-route). The difference is tremendous. Very easy to work with and top quality product. Only gave it four stars as I think £12 for next day delivery (the only option available) was a bit steep especially as it then took two days to arrive.
Really happy with my starter kit - a really great investment. I needed something simple and effective when kitting out my home studio/storage space (which is in my cellar) and the Advanced Acoustics AA6 starter kit really helped in decreasing any possible sound diffusion.
