If I have Amy on the other end then all is well. Incredibly professional whilst coming across as personable and friendly. Efficient and easily able to deal with any queries and orders. however, last time around someone else was covering the desk and this was less efficient. In the end, gave up trying to place the order and agreed with the person that i would wait for Amy to be back the following day. Appreciate that not everyone is expert but would expect a certain level of proficiency ie able to take basic orders, confirm prices and cope with applying a 20% discount. All's well that ends well though and the following day, order was placed and safely dispatched!
I have found A&DC very useful for their range of assessments and they organise them very well in their catelogue. A&DC are also very helpful and take the time to discuss your requirements with them.
