I have ordered, but not received a Garmin Mounting bracket from ActiveGPS. Three weeks later this matter is still not resolved. Unacceptable. Keith Jackson
Poor customer service, sold an overpriced buggy product Blackvue DR750X plus 3CH. The unit hasn't worked properly since it was purchased despite being one of the most expensive dash cameras on the market. Refused to replace item under sales of goods act and instead insisted that I correspond directly with blackvue. Highly disappointed. I want my money back. *updatee* From the 20th September to now the 21st October still no replacement or refund after I retuned the item to activegps. I had to email them yesterday to find out the progress and they said they blackvue expect new stock after the 24th of October so who knows when it will get to me. I would not recommend either blackvue or activegps.
