Excellent service provided throughout my order process

The service I received over the phone and via email from Active In Style was outstanding. Due to issues at fault of the post office I didn't receive my order and it was returned to Active In Style, and when they realised this had happened they were happy to help and even let me change my order for a different product and posted it to me again FOC. Very impressed with the service, however my beautiful Lorn Jane leggings which I have only had since Christmas seem to be going a bit fluffy in some areas which isn't ideal for leggings that cost £56.

I got these leggings as I loved the colour and thought that even if they didn't fit amazingly, I could wear them around! Luckily they're 'squat-proof' and I can honestly say they are the best leggings I have!! I got a S and am normally a S in Nike - they fit true to size!! Quick delivery too :D So pleased! xx

Firstly the fact you can buy using PayPal is a massive benefit, Active In Style clearly appreciate keeping their customers as protected as possible. After ordering everything was communicated clearly, I got distribution and shipping updates, including the tracking number sent to me and the leggings I bought arrived on time and beautifully wrapped. I've been very impressed with the service I received from Active In Style and have no hesitations about using them again or recommending them!!!!

My first bad experience with a product from ActiveinStyle. The leggings don't have great grip on waist. I have worn them once and will wash and see if they get any tighter.

Ordered my item, sadly it did not fit, but the manner of delivery, packaging and all, a beautiful personal note added too. I had to return the item purely due to a sizing issue, and no other stock, refund was immediate. Very impressed with Service. Given the item ordered was considerably cheaper too, will be using again.
