Prior to you purchasing this company I made bag purchases regularly. Since you’ve taken over I have not even once been able to buy the bags I need. The first year I was dragged around for months . In stock in July, then August, then September etc etc. now I check back every 6 mos and nope they’re never in stock. Once I even got an email that said they’re in stock - and they weren’t.
They are friendly and helpful with orders. They have materials for my photo art; have dealt with them for many years now and very pleased with the service.
I had a problem with the previous shipment of bags, but the lady I spoke with when I ordered this time was very helpful in figuring out what went wrong last time and making sure I got the right product this time.

The thickness of the bags was 1/2 of what I have been buying from you for over 20 years. Also the master bags are no longer labeled with anything, no size no name or toll free # to call for new orders. Also the bags were sealed instead of open which I ‘ve always gotten from you folks. Things have dramatically changed since the buy out or combined of the 2, companies . Very disappointed. Will probably seek new supplier for my next order.
