I had an activation problem. It was quickly resolved.

E£xcellent Cad, especially for the low price and the lifetime license (I would not have bought it with a subscription license), excellent also the assistance that responds immediately. I recommend this cad to everyone. It would be nice if it was native for Linux as well.

Had problem with activation key. But Udit Narayan Nayak at support was quick to correct the problem. ActCad software for the price is a good value.

I have been using ActCAD 2022 for two years and it has done everything I wanted. I have used AutoCAD compatible CAD for many years (mainly Draftsight or NanoCAD) for work and I needed a decent perpetual licenced package for personal use when I retired. ActCAD has proved ideal for that and enabled me to design the extension for my home, produce classic car wiring diagrams and design model railways. Support has been first class and ActCAD enabled me to sort problems with activation when I had issues with my computer more than two years after I purchased the software.

ActCAD software is very similar to Autocad software. Technical support is super good. Especially I faced installation problem of network, live license and it is guided by Udit Narayan Nayak (Senior Technical). I will recommend ActCAD software who need to draw. It is cheap and good.

1) Their "I agree with these Privacy policies and terms of Use" checkbox link lead me to a blank page with a note saying "File Not Found". 2) I was never able to find the rates or a comparison of features between the several versions of the software. 3) Some of their reviews seem faked to begin with, and their comments on the CAD comparison website wherein I first heard of this software were very definitely faked. As a result my suspicions were already aroused, so even though Trustpilot gave them a passing grade, I did not proceed with the download, so I can not actually comment on the software.

It is an excellent product similar to autocad 2d. Will serve the purpose for small business.

Excellent product at a reasonable price, together with outstanding customer service. I needed an Autocad replacement after retirement for occasional use and this software does exactly that. Moreover, at the time of original purchase, I only had a 32bit laptop, so ActCad provided an earlier 32bit version with the offer of a free upgrade to the 64bit version within 12 months - which I took up after buying a new laptop a few months later. Easy to use for anyone familiar with AutoCad and has all the facilities I need. The one off lifetime licence is an excellent selling point for occasional users or small businesses and is very reasonably priced. AutoCad is far too expensive, especially with the subscription requirement. I used Dassault Systems' Draftsight package for a few months until it too became a subscription service but find ActCad to be a much better product.

ActCAD uses the latest IntelliCAD engine 10.1A, which is outstanding. There is a minimal learning curve if you are migrating from AutoCAD. You can customize the UI. It's fast and reliable. The price is better than any other IntelliCAD reseller.

ActCAD is a good software for beginners. I'm cad beginner who don't know anything about how to use cad software. But ActCAD tutorial videos and the software interface helped me alot to learn cad software. Thank you ActCAD team for providing those tutorial videos. They are really a good source to CAD learners.
