Ordering was easy and James was very helpful and 'clued up'.The only issue was, the order was delivered in two parts. I'd arranged my work around everything coming in one lot, but had to wait two weeks or so for the fixings and flashing, resulting in this job being backed up and still not completed. Perhaps an oversight in communication, but a good company to deal with.
All good, great price, product, communication and delivery. Lead time for the order to be dispatched was a little long but no complaints.

The driver who delivered the goods was very pleasant. However we had to pay nearly a third again of the cost of the roofing sheets for delivery - and we were required to unload the lorry ourselves !!!

The company is great to deal with, they knew exactly what I needed. They had my previous orders on file so were able to identify the exact product I required to match with previous orders. They were able to give me a quote immediately and I cant fault either the product or the service I have received. Communication is excellent and delivery times are good.
